Hilot is a traditional therapy where it focus to ease the pain, aches, injuries or just to simply relax. It aims for oneself to experience the healing of both body and soul. It is performed in deep tissue massage with concentration on affected areas of the body. It gets more intensive with the use of Green barley oil, an organic oil that is proven to aid aches, pain and other stress related body problem
